About Us

Reference Point was originally formed in 1993,
and we have become adept at moving with the times.


We have managed to strike a balance, where we upgrade and renovate our system as and when necessary, but not so often that our customers feel like they constantly have to learn new things. We have been in the business long enough to know what works and what doesn’t, and we actively try to avoid putting anything into our system that does not directly benefit customers. We are a small team, but we feel this gives us an advantage over larger companies as we can respond quickly to customer requests, the lines of communication are very simple. If you have a problem, we give you just one number to ring, with a real voice at the end of the line, no recorded messages here!

The team, in its current guise, is made up of:

Heather Battson, Head of Accounting.
Sarah Roberts, Sales and Marketing.
Greg Davis, Tech Support and Marketing.

The team has been together for several years, and operates more like a family than a traditional company, we all look out for one another and as a group look out for each and every one of our customers. If a customer rings up with an urgent issue, more often than not we can sort it out whilst they are on the line, to save them from having to wait for a callback.
